Ha! How ironic is that? I was thinking of doing that WOD today. I feel so awful for eating soooo much dessert yesterday (and a little today too). Just soooo good! I'll have to search for a pull-up bar. Shouldn't be too hard to find on a farm.

I was also thinking of doing one of the following WODs if I can't find a place to do pull-ups:

3 rounds for time:

25 HSPU
50 sit-ups
75 squats

OR

500 or 1000 double unders for time

Just hope this nausea goes away. Then I'll eat more dessert. Mmmmmmmm!!! *heave, heave*

Alright. WOD done. Here is what martha & I did.

Very cool. On weekends or when I feel like doing a little extra exercise I use a squat-push up-sit up routine as well.

I decided to look more closely at the Zone diet. I'm familiar with the a diabetic diet, but am confused when trying to figure out the # of blocks I should be looking at for myself. If there is a little extra time at the end of a WOD this week I would appreciate some direction. Thanks

Sandra. If you want to email me the dimensions around your hips (at their widest point) and around your waist (at your belly button). As well as your height in inches and weight in pounds. I can calculate how many blocks you require. And I'm sure Andrew or myself can answer any questions you may have.

Heather. You may want to watch how you phrase that question. Ouch!!! I'm bad. Hahaha. Just kidding.

You are to have 11 blocks of protein, 11 blocks of carbs, and 11 blocks of fat per day. However you want to break that up during the day is up to you. Just remember not to take in more than 6 blocks of any macronutrient. This will cause an increase in insulin secretion making you fat.
