Here's a little help for everyone else doing the workout for today... The faster you do the first workout, the longer rest period you have. That's it. Enjoy and have a wicked weekend.

Oh yeah. Sandra if you're reading this. I hope the surgery went well. And hope to see you back box jumping soon.

After I originally commented I seem to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I
