(Crab Walk Soccer ... Just a quick note to say that the boys DESTROYED the girls in the 5:30 game!)

*This is Thursdays WOD but am posting it early so you can clear your schedule/make up excuses ;) *

"FILTHY FIFTY"

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Just a quick note to say it was a VERY close game..if only Jess didn't have to do burpees every 5 seconds haha

Also, thank you for the filthy 50, I have been patiently waiting for this ;)

just a quick note that in the re-match of crab walk soccer the girls lost again. At least you tried girls and that is all we can ask ;)

Linds. Thanks for the motivation but I don't deserve it today. I wimped out on my workout while you ladies were on the other side of the gym. I felt, and still am, quite embarrassed with my actions (i.e. giving up). I only continued when I saw how hard you ladies were pushing and started coming on the side I was on. As well, Martha gave me words of encouragement that took quite a while to sink in. Better that it happens now than next Saturday in Toronto.

You ladies were brave by doing the late class yesterday then coming in early this morning. Short turn around. Way to push it hard. It's always good to keep the body guessing. GREAT WORK!!!

Dear Fellow Crossfitters, it remains a bigger challenge for some of you to accept a compliment than for you to go all out and excel at the WODs. Why not challenge yourself to accept compliments? Study after study has proven that positive reinforcement works better than negative reinforcement in improving behaviours. So, just say "Thank you" to compliments and end the self-castigation.
