In Teams of 2 AMRAP in 20 min(1 person completes a round before the next begins)

5 Burpees
7 Medicine Ball Cleans
9 Double Unders

2500 M Weighted Run - Each round completed shortens your run by 100M

i found that ROUGH today! And u were right Mr. Burns--without the fear of that weighted run at the end? I never would have forced myself that much w/ the AMRAPs--Sarah, thank you for being my supportive partner! I apologize profusely for my dbl unders! Haha--I WILL WORK ON THEM!
