Weightlifting only classes - July

During the month of July there will be a Monday and Wednesday class from 415-515 designated for WEIGHTLIFTING ONLY. You must have a minimum of 6 months training experience at CFK and a solid knowledge of snatch/clean and jerk to attend. Classes will be supervised and the trainer will most likely be lifting with you during this session but you need to be able to work independently. These will be hard lifting sessions so please do not sign up for this class and then try to do a CF class after as you won't be permitted to do so.
