WOD #1 - Saturday August 6/11

"Team Murph" - teams of 2


1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run
*if you want to truly honour Lt. Murphy, wear a 20# vest for the workout*


Both athletes run at the same time. When the last athlete returns the team will start into the pull-ups, push-ups, squats. These movements can be split up as the athletes choose. Only one athlete is working at a time. When the last rep is completed, both athletes must run 1 mile. Time stops when the last athlete enters the building.
