Starting today, Monday January 23/12 you will see a lot of new class times on Zen Planner. The new times will be as follows
M/W/F - 2:00pm-3:00pm and 3:00-4:00pm - These classes are going to be coached by Graham. Graham is a level 1 CF coach as well as a great weightlifter.
There will also be 4:15-5:15pm CF classes a couple of days a week. These classes will vary week to week based on availability. They will appear on Zen Planner a month at a time. I will hopefully have Jan/Feb dates up sometime tomorrow.
This week there will be T/Th 4:15-5:15 CF class which is already up on Zen Planner
Friday Open Gym time will now run from 4-6PM
