Max rep hollow rocks

* While one person is rowing another is doing push-ups and the third person is doing hollow rocks. Switch exercises when the rower completes his/her 250m row. *

Row a total of 6000m - must be 250m intervals
Max rep push-ups
Max rep corkscrew mountain climbers
Max rep hollow rocks

* While one person is rowing another is doing push-ups, the third person is doing corkscrew mountain climbers, and the fourth is doing hollow rocks. Switch exercises when the rower completes his/her 250m row. *

** To perform a corkscrew mountain climber, get into a push-up position with arms locked. Instead of bringing your knees to your chest, keep the legs together and jump them from side to side. **
