20 JUMPING LUNGES (10 each leg)
13 BURPEES

20 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
13 HOLLOW ROCKS

20 DB SNATCH (10 each arm)
13 SQUATS

Partner A will start with the jumping lunges and burpees. When Partner A is done the burpees Partner B will do the jumping lunges and burpees. When Partner B is done the 13th burpee, Partner A will start on the mountain climbers and hollow rocks and so on. When Partner B has completed the 13th squat the sequence of movements will start again from the beginning.
