CONGRATULATIONS to Dawson for completing his CrossFit Level 1 Certification this past weekend! See ya next week Dawson and have a good time in Vermont!

WOD

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Thanks everybody. It was an awesome time and got my ass kicked by a million squats and killer WODs.

Andrew... I apologize for not having the CF Kingston t-shirt or hoodie on for the photo. I was definitely planning on wearing it to "showcase" your gym. But I wore the t-shirt and hoodie every other opportunity I had. I thought photos would be taken at the end of the thing. Not on the first day after "Fran".

I am definitely going to take this week to relax and hit the slopes hard. Today was nice. Not too cold and good conditions. Didn't get my 25 burpees in yesterday. So 51 sometime today. Yay!!! Looking forward to it.

i suppose i can let it slide dawson, haha ... saw the pic on the main site ... you can tell it was after a WOD as it seems you were too tired to crack even a hint of a smile, lol.
