100 Pull Ups
100 Push Ups
100 Sit Ups
100 Squats

Complete all reps of each exercise before moving on to the next



20 Pull Ups
30 Push Ups
40 Sit Ups
50 Squats

3 minutes rest between rounds

I wimped out and went with Angie today. Great workout!! It's awesome to see improvements in my workouts, I'm SURE I wouldn't have been able to drive home after that 3 weeks ago :D Barbara next time!!

Weather Network did a short segment on exercising indoors and spotlighted a Crossfit gym in Dieppe New Brunswick.
athletes working on their power cleans and dips.

Dare I say .... their Master looks kinder then ours hahaha
