To all who have never performed this workout before... Trust me when I say, "it doesn't get any easier the more you do it"!!
Have a lovely day

lol....rough day! Was fun though, once the BREATH came back to my body! Way to go everyone! I heard through the grapevine that this WOD may become a 'monthly thing'?!

Dawson--do not care what you say--you did an AWESOME JOB TODAY! I cant wait to be able to do burpees like that!

:)

Anyone that hasn't been unfortunate enough to meet Pete knows that his comments come truly from the heart. If everyone was encouraging as pete the world would be a living hell, hahaha ... thanks for all that you do for CFK PETE!

Well I did something today that I absolutely hate doing. I gave up. During the kettlebell swings I got something in my eye. So I had about a 30 second break to clear my eye. Boooooo to that. When I got back to the swings I was no longer mentally or physically there. It pissed me off. I don't like quitters and I especially hate it when I quit. Oh well. Just one of those days I guess. I'll come back harder, stronger, and faster tomorrow.

Awesome results from the people in the morning. Pete, I knew you would make it sub 30 minutes. Way to push it out and not vomit. In a sense it does get easier (look at your time). You are pushing yourself harder to beat your original time. That's why it doesn't feel any easier.

Andrew, did you get 22 minutes? That was my prediction for you.

Thanks for the words of encouragement Sherri. I'm over it now. Tomorrow's another day.

Day 6 Burpee Challenge - complete.

Thanks Dawson,
I was kidding around with my comment earlier, it feels good to work hard and achieve a new PR. From the gains that all of the athletes have made just in the first month alone is astounding!!

And Dawson, don't be to hard on yourself for today's performance. Its amazing the times/results you put up everyday!! We're all in envy of your capabilities.

If anyone wants empirical evidence
on how effective Kingston Cross-fit is just look at Pete's times on the Filthy 50. Not calling you out bro but you rock and are an amazing yet humble example of someone who works hard.
A month ago he broke his Filthy PR by 11 minutes and he just moved it again by another 5 minutes.
I didn't run down the times list but I'm guessing this wasn't an isolated example !
