Kim you look great and anyone who had worked out with you knows why and how you look the way you do. I recall seeing a poster years ago that depicted a really shredded girl that said " Good bodies are made, not born". I wish I had kept the poster cause its words to live by.
Thanks for all of the compliments. All I can say is that there have been some improvements since my days at the "Y". My progress is a direct result of Crossfit... and Andrew kicking my ass to work harder every WOD!
