Thanks to everyone that showed up yesterday morning for the group workout. Everyone pushed to their limits & beyond. Very impressive!!!

Here is what the unfortunate, or maybe een fortunate depending on how you look at it, people missed.

Teams of 3
Run 800m (everyone runs at the same time)
100 pull-ups (only 2 members do exercise @ 1 time)
Run 400m
150 push-ups (only 2 members do exercise @ 1 time)
Run 200m
200 sit-ups (only 2 members do exercise @ 1 time)
Run100m
250 burpees (all members can work @ the same time)

The exercise were not allowed to be started until all members were back from running.

It looked a lot easier on the whiteboard than when everyone was doing it. Awesome performance by all!!!
