You may notice a strip of red and blue tape when you enter the gym. Please stay behind this tape until the class before you is COMPLETELY finished their workout/cool down etc. This means do not cross it to check the white board, fill your water bottle etc. If you ignore this you will be doing A LOT of BURPEES! Thanks
