WOD Monday October24/11

You will notice that there are some changes to your Zen Planner calendar this week. In addition to the regular CrossFit WOD there will be a weightlifting option as well during each class. As the area at the back is fairly small it will be reserved for 3 people that want to weightlift only. DO NOT sign up for the weightlifting option when a class is full and expect to do the CrossFit WOD as you will not be permitted to do so *NO EXCEPTIONS* - 
I have also set up an additional lifting station so class sizes will accommodate 16 members per class instead of 14.
