Teams of 2


Alternating burpee ladder (4 rounds)
1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5
400m run
Squat to slamball toss 100 reps
400m run
Alternating burpee ladder (4 rounds)
1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5

Partner 1 (P1) will do 1 burpee. Partner 2 (P2) will do 2 burpees. And so on. When a new ladder begins, P2 should be starting with 1 burpee.

When P2 is done the 5th burpee each member will run 400m at the same time. But you don't have to run together. You are not going for a leisurely stroll.

Partners will stand 6 - 8 feet apart. P1 will pick up the slamball, squat, and toss it to P2. P2 will squat and toss it back. 50 reps each.
