Under "Lift 2" you see 1, 2A and 2B. Here is what it means:

You will complete all of the exercise(s) indicated in #1 prior to moving on to the exercise(s) indicated in #2.

Complete ALL 3 sets of good morning to squats then transition to the ab circuit (#2).

Ab circuit #2 will be 10 ab fallouts followed immediately by 10 weighted sit-ups then rest 60 seconds. This format will be repeated 3 times.
