BEGINNERS LIFTING SESSIONS



 STARTING THIS WEDNESDAY AT 415 THERE WILL BE "BEGINNERS LIFTING SESSIONS." EACH WEEK THERE WILL BE A DIFFERENT FOCUS WITH THE GOAL OF HELPING YOU BECOME MORE TECHNICALLY PROFICIENT IN YOUR LIFTING. THESE SESSIONS ARE RESERVED FOR NEW MEMBERS WHO HAVE BEEN HERE FOR UNDER 6 MONTHS.
CLASSES ARE LIMITED TO 6 PEOPLE.
