WOD

"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Andrew...I think Lindsay needs to be banned from the blog. She's getting a little to comfortable it seems.

She starts out bashing me one day, the next she backs me then her true colours shine once again and bashes me....now she's bashing you too.

One confused little girl it seems. There is help for that Lindsay...lol

Anyone else ever find themselves doing random exercises on the weekends ? Two or three different times last night I dropped and did a couple of supersets of push ups/ sit ups.

BTW- this was not so subtle attempt to change the boards direction !

hahaha Andy ..... I too have done my share of random weekend sit ups, push ups, double under's and (dare I say) running.
Not lately though!
