Anyone that braved the weather for today's WOD got a great one! By great I mean it sucked really hard! This week was full of extremely HARD WOD'S so congrats to everyone!
That's an early post! So what did you do first Andrew? Row or WOD? By the looks of your result you must have rowed first.
When I saw the WOD today and saw the results from the ladies in the morning, I knew I was going to have to push really hard to get a good result. The ladies set the bar high for everybody.
FUN-FUN! Today was great on account of having VERY LITTLE TO DO WITH the lower half of the body?! Yup--still have that 'strained look' to my walk on account of the past few WOD's this week.
Andrew? GET THAT ROWING IN! I will not be able to completely ENJOY my Christmas Eve eggnog if I think you are AT CROSSFIT ROWING that last few kms! Lol--as they say up here in the northern red-neck community?? "GIT -R-DUN" !!!
hahaha .. thanks for the compliment/insult Dawson! I am shocked I got that many rounds in .... that is a hard workout! (And for the record I only rowed 2K today ... sorry sherri!)
Anybody else have chaffed arms from the ring push-ups? Some of my family think I have some weird fetish. Hahaha. Then I tried explaining CrossFit to them. WOOSH!!! Over their heads (they're old..er)

Sandra - 6 rounds + 6 pull ups

Dawson - 7 + 3 pull ups
Andrew 7 + 15 pull ups + 15 ring push ups

This was sooooooo much better than the 5k row.
