I am having a difficult time trying to type this message. Thank goodness I can go back and correct all the spelling mistakes. My fingers aren't working properly. My forearms are quite sore.

Oh. By the way... Sherri you did frickin' awesome today. Great form during the split cleans and way to push through the pull-ups. Watching you push as hard as you did made me push myself hard. Thank you.
Great workout today everyone! Had some great gymnastics work as well! Serena "handstand" browne stepped up to the challenge as did Beth and Ali in the 5:30 class! Great job ladies. The "double under" lunchtime group always trains hard and provides more than i few laughs, haha! A big thanks to Sherri for the cart wheel lessons!

I've done this one before. From what I can remember my forearms were on fire afterwards.
Andrew, you say that I like doing KTEs. I think you enjoy burning the crap out of our (and yours too) forearms.
