A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Sandra for completing the "100 Day Burpee Challenge"!
For those who don't know what this challenge is here are the details - Day 1 = 1 Burpee, Day 2 = 2 Burpees, etc ... Day 100 = 100 Burpees. Burpees were to be done EVERYDAY and if you missed a day you did the current days and the previous days burpees together. (Ask Sandra about days 94 and 95, and yes it was Heather's fault! haha). Sherri has agreed to start this challenge on Jan. 1/09! and other takers?

Congratulations Sandra!! It was great to meet you this morning :D You are an inspiration! Good workout today, sort of dropped the ball on the 500m row at the end... Made me angry haha, I'll beat my time yet!

I was wrongfully accused and 'ironically' am still doing 50 burpees of punishment for my meddling!
Good work had by all, pushing hard. Way to fight through the burn! Those squats at the end were torturous.
