Tabata Intervals ( 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8 times) is applied in turn to the Squat, Rower, Pullups, Sit-ups, and Push-ups with a one minute rotation break between exercises. Each exercise is scored by the weakest number of reps (calories on the rower) in each of the eight intervals. During the one minute rotation time allowed the clock is not stopped but kept running. The score is the total of the scores from the five stations.

Whoa- those pictures are super impressive. I'm not sure but you might want to move the whole dunking goal to the 1 month level and dream up a new 3 / 6 month one !
Is anyone else's abdomen sore while sitting. My is quite sore just sitting at my Mac paying bills and typing this message. And I still have to shovel my driveway. Pleeeeease!!!!!!!!!! No more abs!!!!!!!!!!! I think my pee is going to be dark brown for a couple of days. Might as well hook myself up to an IV and help the kidneys out.
Sherri I enjoyed my time in the hot tub today. The sun came out, the water was 99, & it was relaxing. My abs still hurt though. Unfortunately andrew is not making the wod tomorrow. Pete is. So who knows how it's going to play out.
omg! You guys finally get to experience the joys of tabata!!! That was my first WOD back here at Crossfit Fredericton!! Its a real treat! Again thankyou andrew for letting me come and try out your new establishment!! It was great! Good luck in the new year!
