Amazing effort this morning from the 7 and 8 AM groups! That side hill for the 8AM looked BRUTAL!! I didn't hear any complaints at the top! If you want to hear complaints come join me this afternoon when i do it, haha!
leg burner - I just had a thought for a great CFK project ....... something we could complete in one evening....... we rent bulldozer, excavator, and a grader and LEVEL THE HILL! ps don't tell Andrew :)
Old French: complaindre, from midlevel latin complangere from com- (expressing intensive force ) plangere "to lament" Lament is a passionate expression of grief.
What I heard on the hill was an intense, passionate group of CFer's working through one HILL OF GRIEF!! hahahaha
Just chillin at KGH now. I totally forgot what I was going to continue writing. Oh well. I guess complaining was not the right word to use. Displeasure... That's the word that should have been used. For the surprise at the end, that's when people started voicing their displeasure. Oh!!! Did I let the cat out of the bag??? Too bad we aren't at the hill to see Andrew go through some pain.
Sandra... You were speaking today? I didn't notice. And since Andrew said he didn't hear any complaining at the top of the hill, I guess we have both learned to phase you out. Hahaha.

The 8 o'clock class should take some pointers from the bootcamp class. Talk about complaints.
This looked like a hard wod. Good work despite the complaining.
