Power Clean Cindy
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Preceding every round of Cindy, complete a power clean concordant to the round you are on.
rd 1 - 1 power clean/ one round of Cindy
rd 2 - 2 power cleans/one round of Cindy
rd 3 - 3 power cleans/one round of Cindy

What a hard but fun and challenging workout. Hopefully a lot of you will get to try it.
