Dude!!! I know it hurts falling short to my 180 snatch, but common... posting this pic of my multiple chins is just showing your true colors... jealousy.

ps. It is hard to live up to such a perfect specimen. Oh and before you reply to this post, remember I have not yet paid for my membership beyond december...Hang on someone's at the door.... its Taylor Training! brb...maybe...

Post WOD fuel WOMEN:

Above 16% - 30g PRO; 10g CHO
12-16% - 30g PRO; 20g CHO
Below 12% - 30g PRO; 30g CHO

Post WOD fuel MEN:

Above 12% - 40g PRO; 10g CHO
8 - 12% - 40g PRO; 25g CHO
Below 8% - 40g PRO; 40g CHO

Eat a balanced PRO, CHO, FAT meal approx 1 hour after the post-WOD meal.

(PRO - protein; CHO - carbohydrate)

Once you and Pete left I am pretty sure I saw some tears. He was squatting on the mats peeling some mandarins so I am not sure....could have been the agony of defeat or he got some spray from the mandarin in his eye...lol

On to something totally not related to Foisy's double chins :)

Ladies, I am postponing the clothing swap until February.This gives everyone a chance to accumulate clothes to swap and who doesn't need a party in February. So start hoarding your threads to swap at a later date. I think Mojitos and Margaritas will also be involved. Stay tuned for more info.
