10 MINUTES SKIPPING PRACTICE (JUMP ROPE that is. Someone mentioned they have no problem skipping a CFK workout. So I thought I would clarify.)


Part A
3 rounds (12 minute limit)
250m row
15 KB swings (24kg/16kg)
20 lunges with KB (10 each leg)

Part B
5 sets
5 Pendlay rows (a heavy 5)
REST 20 seconds
15 hollow rocks
REST 20 seconds
