Saturday April 30/11

Thanks to those of you who made it out to Fort Henry Hill today. I didn't take into account the mayflies that would be present. And man were there A LOT. Special consideration to Hannah who probably spent more time swinging at the mayflies than focusing on the workout. That was a workout in itself. Hahaha.

Great effort put forth by everyone!!! We will probably wait till the mayflies go away for our next hill workout.

Sorry I missed it. Didn't check the web site until I was at the gym wondering where the hell everyone was. So I went to Goodlife for some remedial front squats, OH squats and deadlifts.
