I HAVE INSTITUTED A FUN NEW WAY TO ENCOURAGE FOOD DONATIONS!


EVERY CLASS MUST BRING AT LEAST ONE CAN OF FOOD TO EACH AND EVERY CLASS. AS LONG AS ONE PERSON BRINGS A CAN OF FOOD IT "SAVES" THE ENTIRE CLASS FROM DOING 100 BURPEES! A $5 DONATION CAN ALSO BE USED IN PLACE OF A FOOD ITEM

I will give a full list of the "rules" in the gym matt, haha ... the stashing in your car is forbidden. If you bring something you bring in it. It's charity for god's sake! haha

I think that if you don't post the wod by 9:30 every morning during the food drive that you should have to do 100 burpees

Are the Trainers going to lift the equivalent weight of food from ground to overhead like last year? Might be time to pick up a 100 lb bag of flour!

Flour? What? We don't support that way of eating. If you bring the bag we'll multiply its weight by 10 and make you lift that. Hahaha.

I'm sure Andrew and Pete would be more than happy to do the ground to overhead for you.

Can't anyone read?? That update states "burpess" not burpees! So, we'll be burping after WODs, not exercising more. Don't panic, People! On any given day, there's a ton of hot air in that gym!!
