1a. Pendlay row 4x10
1b. Max effort push ups
Rest 2 minutes

OR

Conditioning
10 Front squats (10# less than your sets of 8)
20 Hollow rocks
30 Push-ups
40 Mountain climbers
50 Ball slams

* 1a & 1b means you will perform the movement indicated in 1a then move directly to the movement indicated in 1b followed by 2 minutes rest. There is no rest between 1a and 1b.
