Saturday - 10AM class
Sunday - CLOSED
Monday - Classes as usual
A - Max Weight Prowler push - 50 ft
Mens starting weight - 215 - will increase 30 lbs each round
womens starting weight - 125 - will increase 20 lbs each round
You must do 5 total rounds - you can skip rounds but can not go DOWN in weight
B - Landmines "50" - 4/5 sets
C - Paralette Shoot Throughs X 20 - 4/5 Sets
(Part B and C will be completed during your prowler breaks)
