Burpee Challenge Day 3 - complete. Decided to do it in my hallway on the hardwood floors in socks. Talk about sliding. Good thing it was only 3. My abs were getting sore already. Darn KTEs. Or maybe it was the practicing for the L-sit. Who knows.
I don't know about anyone else but just as my hands were almost 100% healed, I rip open a callus doing the KTEs. I curse those bars. F-U bars!!!! Hahaha.
LOL- yes Kim and I were both on round 6. I geared down and she geared up and left me in the dust. My KTE's became sloppy sets of 2 and 3 and hers stayed strict and a minimum of 5 try. I think she's in pretty good shape.....
Hey Alison. Do you want to mention the spelling mistake or should I? Good thing the misspelled word is not in reference to an exercise. Phew! *as I wipe my forehead* Hahaha
