I like. I like. Can't wait to see times for this one. Shouldn't the pull-ups be assisted if it's truly a diet fran? Or maybe even jumping pull-ups?

They had to close 2 lifts today due to the snow and wind. Just ungroomed powder all over the place now. SWEET!!!

Andrew. Now I know what you were talking about when you said that there were alot of WODs that you wanted to do but couldn't. I'm feeling the same way. There's a good variety going on. Awesome!

If you can do pull ups you do them ... if you do band pull ups you get to do jumping ones in order to not waste time getting in and out of bands. The times have been great so far!

Sounds like the conditions are perfect! very jealous at the moment.

I assume you are interested in the idea of the Games qualifier?

I like Diet Fran way better than regular Fran - but I think that's because I'm weak
