I just wanted to thank everyone that came out to support us at the FireFit Combat Challenge..the cheering section was phenomenal! The support we give each other through every WOD is something we should all be proud of as well. CrossFit is one of the best parts of my day and it's an honor to workout with every one of you!

Well that workout was bad. Not awful... just bad. At least there weren't any exercises isolating the abs. The burn in the other muscles masked the constant pain my abs are still feeling from Friday's WOD.
