Standing Triple Jump
- 2 attempts for max distance

AMRAP 20 minutes

Partner A
10 burpees
15 sit-ups
20 squats

Partner B
Hold a plate overhead (55#/25#)

When Partner A completes his/her 10-15-20, Partner B will hand off the weight to Partner A and will perform the 10-15-20

The plate is not allowed to rest on the body or touch the ground at any point. A penalty will be enforced should this happen.
