AMRAP IN 10 MINUTES

Push-ups
Mountain climbers
Burpees

* Partner A will do 1 push-up, 1 mountain climber, 1 burpee. Partner B will then do 1 push-up, 1 mountain climber, 1 burpee. Partner A will do 3 of each exercise. Partner B will do 3 of each exercise. Partner A will do 5 of each exercise. Partner B will do 5 of each exercise. After Partner B does his/her 5 reps of each, Partner A will start back at 1 rep of each. This rep scheme will be followed for the entire 10 minutes *

Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP IN 10 MINUTES

Sit-ups
Hollow rocks
DB/KB thrusters
