4 Rounds, for time of:
10 Dumbbell Mutant Makers
20 Burpees
Rest exactly three minutes between each round.
*A Mutant Maker is a Full Squat Clean into a Thruster*

I'd like to thank Andrew for having one of the toughest workouts that I have ever done. My shoulders have welts on them and one of them is seeping. Ewwww!!! I know. I had the good ole blue bucket nearby just incase. I almost joined a couple of members on the pukie board. I was getting that acid feeling in my throat. "Fun times".
But seriously it was a good workout. Made you push hard because you knew you were getting a rest. And the "bootcamp" squad didn't make it any easier by setting the bar high for all of us. Great work!!!
