"Lifting for Layla"!
UPDATE - It looks like surgery won't be necessary and layla will placed in a body cast and will make a full recovery. Many of us with pets look at them like members of the family and would do anything for them no matter what the cost. However, the sad reality of it is that many people can not afford the high cost of surgeries and they must euthanize their beloved pets. In order to help this 'Foundry Athletics' and 'Auto House Kingston' are creating the "Layla fund." This will be a charity that will be used to help families that are not able to afford for the proper care of their sick/injured loved ones.
Strength/Lift 1
Front Squat - MAX
Strength/Lift 2
Jerks x 2 X 5
Conditioning - 3 sets or 15 min (whatever comes first)
20 Hollow Rocks
10 Burpees
20 Box Jumps
10 Walking overhead lunges (Each side)

SO happy to hear Layla will not need to undergo surgery! Yes, it is a heart wrenching reality that not everyone can afford care for their pets! What a worthwhile cause! Our family is happy to support!
